Prices include:

Bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your towels for the pool.
We only rent to one group at a time. The entire property is for our guests' exclusive use. Maximum 10 people.

Prices don't include:

Electricity according to consumption: € 0,50 per kw
Compulsory final cleaning: € 220
​Tourist tax: € 14 per person per stay (not for children under 14 years old)
Heating: € 5,60 per m3 (only mid October - end of April)

Policies:

Refundable Safety deposit: € 500
A payment in the amount of 25 % of the rental price is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is due 1 month before guests' arrival. 

Pets are not allowed.

Important details:

In the summer, arrivals and departures are on Saturdays only. 
Check in is between 4 pm and 7 pm, check out is before 10 am.
Depths of the pool are 1,5 meters and 2 meters.
